We're excited to have Dr. Jessica Peatross MD speaking this Thursday. Dr. Peatross MD moved here from California after being punished for writing too many Vaccine Medical Exemptions for children in California. She'll be discussing what she had learned about the dangerous side effects from these vaccines, and why it was important to exempt children in her practice.

Please find, again, more detailed information about the new Town of Waynesville Committee tasked with studying "Rails to Trails" for the Waynesville Tracks. The "Rails to Trails" initiatives are being introduced at the same time as the County "Greenway" initiatives. Also, the "Rails to Trails" supporters, in their own words, state that "Trails and Greenways" are Advancing the "Smart Growth" Agenda.

We're excited to have Vance Muse along with Don Smart speaking to us at The Buttered Biscuit on (3/16) about the proposed Haywood County Greenway Plan. The Commissioners voted on (2/6) to move forward with a version of the Haywood County Greenway Plan, which had the undesired elements omitted (eminent domain and trails going across private property). Again, the citizens of Haywood County have received little information, as to the details of this large project that could affect all property owners in the County. Vance and Don have been researching this Greenway Plan and will be verifying this information and presenting their findings to us on (3/16).

Please again listen, if you've not already, to Don Smart (at the 30:45 minute mark), Vance Muse (at the 1:26:50 minute mark) and Tabitha Ross (at the 1:42:50 minute mark) at the Commissioners Meeting on 2/6. Also please find additional articles about problems other communities have had with Greenways.

Collier County Florida County Commissioners voted to reject $1.2 Million of Covid Money due to new information about Vaccines. Please see Janet Presson's e-mail to the Commissioners below, and a link to the original local Naples Daily News article below:

Subject: Collier to return CDC grant money after push by 'medical freedom' supporters - from Naples Daily News

Date: February 19, 2023 at 10:48:19 AM EST

To: Kevin Ensley <kevin.ensley@haywoodcountync.gov>, "Thomas A. Long" <tommy.long@haywoodcountync.gov>, Jennifer Best <jennifer.best@haywoodcountync.gov>, Terry.Ramey@haywoodcountync.gov, "Brandon C. Rogers" <brandon.rogers@haywoodcountync.gov>

Dear Commissioners:

I hope you’ve all recovered from the marathon commissioners meeting a couple of weeks ago! I just wanted to make sure you all saw this news article from Florida where Collier County commissioners rejected a huge amount of grant funding in much the same way we asked you to do so. While we were all disappointed with your final vote, we do appreciate the public proclamations made by both Dr. Jaben and Sarah Henderson that the funds you voted to allow will NOT be used to coerce our citizens into taking the vaccine. We will be watching the health department closely and if we see anything that even remotely looks like coercion we will be back to speak and you all will probably need to bring lunch AND dinner with you!

Respectfully,

Janet Presson, R.N., M.Ed.
