The Town of Waynesville got a BIG FAT 0 because the crime is worse than the average of all cities in North Carolina! The vagrants are piling up at Walmart and robbing them blind. Walmarts are closing all over America. Before long our Walmart will be forced to close and we won't have anywhere to shop. We need new leadership in the Town of Waynesville!
