Haywood Pathways is a sober living homeless shelter in Waynesville. Read their 2021-2024 Strategic Plan! They're discussing going low barrier, which means drug addicts will be allowed, like the giant low barrier shelter in Asheville that was the Ramada Inn. Now Asheville's transient vagrants and drug addicts have tripled and their crime has tripled. Citizens must stand against this in Haywood County!
