Come to the November 16th Madison County Commissioners meeting to speak out against Biomass Energy Facilities being allowed in Madison County. It's a nasty, stinking process. Democrat Town Attorney John Noor needs to go! He is telling citizens and Aldermen they can get sued if they don't include the definition for Biomass Energy Facilities in our Madison County Land Development Standards. That's not true! State law 160D does not require you to define Biomass Facilities in your Land Development Standards! Just say no!
