Monroe Miller is blowing the lid off the entire investigation by the Town of Waynesville, the Mountaineer Newspaper, the Smoky Mountain News, WLOS, and the Citizen Times! The parents of the two little girls have now filed a police report and the time on the Rec Center video is incorrect! The little girls were at the Rec Center later the same day!
