Was North Carolina Law Overruled by VA 4th Circuit Court? VA Gov Youngkin Ignores 4th Circuit Court with Moral Guidance!

Concerned Citizens of Haywood** The Virginia 4th Circuit Court of Appeals Dictates North Carolina Law?

** Haywood Citizens are being told by Town and County officials that it is now legal, in North Carolina, for Biological Males to enter Female Bathrooms-Dressing Rooms, etc., and expose themselves, due to various court rulings (two of them from Virginia's 4th Circuit). This begs the question; what happened to NC General Statute 14-190.9, the State of North Carolina Indecent Exposure Law? Virginia's Gov Youngkin is overruling the decision made by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals with new moral guidelines. Please read, study, and share the information below and decide for yourselves:

https://www.ncleg.gov/EnactedLegislatio ... -190.9.pdf (NC Indecent Exposure Law (GS 14-190.9) says, "any person who shall willfully expose the private parts of his or her person in any public place and in the presence of any other person or persons", 'except where the same sex exposure is incidental to a permitted activity', "shall be guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor")

https://www.aclu.org/wp-content/uploads ... Decree.pdf(Some local leaders point to the 2019 NC Federal Case Ruling 'Carcano vs. Cooper and Berger' as applying to all public facilities in NC) (However, the case clearly states, on Page 5, that it only applies to "public facilities that are subject to Executive Branch control or supervision") (That means only Executive Branch (Governor) controlled facilities) (So, is the Waynesville Rec. Center under the control or supervision of the Governor-Executive Branch?)

https://www.aclu.org/press-releases/fou ... rohibiting(Town Attorney Martha Bradley cites the
4th Circuit Court of Appeals case 'Grimm vs. Gloucester County School Board' as basically becoming the 'law of the land' in NC, at any facility.. (However, this case applies only to transgender students in public schools and Title IX) (Again, is the Waynesville Rec. Center part of the Public School System; and were the transgenders involved in the recent incidences public school students?)

https://thehill.com/regulation/court-ba ... beral-win/ (Another high ranking Haywood County Official cited another 4th Circuit Court of Appeals Case in Virginia 'Kincaid vs. Williams') (However, this case is about labeling gender dysphoria a disability and providing gender affirming medicine to transgenders in prison) (Again, it has nothing to do with biological males being allowed into female bathrooms-dressing rooms in NC)

Citizens have been informed by Town of Waynesville Attorney Martha Bradley and Police Chief David Adams that the Court Case 'Grimm vs. Gloucester School Board' in Virginia "set a precedent" in NC, regardless of existing NC indecency laws or public opinion. However, please be aware that another precedent was also set last week when the NC General Assembly voted to override Governor Cooper's Vetoes of three Transgender Bills (HB-574, SB 49, and HB 808).

While these legal battles are played out, it appears no leaders from either party or leaders in local law enforcement, in Haywood County, are currently willing to dispute Attorney Martha Bradley's interpretation of the Virginia Court Ruling, even though her interpretation is a stretch; since the Waynesville Rec. Center's not part of the Public School System and therefore not governed by Title IX. In the meantime, that leaves the privacy, safety, and overall dignity of women and children in Haywood County in jeopardy.

It's also important to note that even Virginia's own Governor, Glenn Youngkin, is ignoring the Virginia 4th Circuit Court of Appeals Ruling, in his own State; by proposing his own Guidance for Public School Trans Students in Virginia: Please read, study, and share the information below:
