You heard about the two little girls in the locker room of the Town of Waynesville Rec Center with a grown man. They were telling the truth about what they saw in the Town of Waynesville Rec Center womens locker room. The Mountaineer was the first newspaper to write the real story. Thank you to Becky Johnson.

The Town of Waynesville called them liars. Read what Council members Jon Feichter, Chuck Dickson, and Anthony Sutton and town attorney Martha Bradley, said about the little girls telling the upsetting truth. They could care less if the children were traumatized.

This is a true story and now, the children's father, a youth pastor at a local church, has filed an incident report. The children stated a man began changing into a bathing suit. Our police chief David Adams said they can't do anything about a man in the locker room even being completely naked, if he claims to be trans. What about the indecent exposure law... State Law 14-190.9? Our town officials and Police Chief are saying the new Grimm v. Gloucester overides the state incecent exposure law.

They are using Grimm v. Gloucester 972 F.3d 586 (4th Cir. 2020) to say they can't put restrictions on any restrooms in the municipal Town of Waynesville.

A Bill just passed in the state of Florida called the "Safety in Private Spaces Act". The citizens of the state of North Carolina would love a bill of protection for locker rooms and changing rooms! Most people want protection for women and children.
