As we move forward in Haywood County with new Conservative Leadership, please remember that Harm Reduction and Needle Exchange Policies are still strongly supported by most local Non-Profits, The Town of Waynesville Aldermen, and the Haywood County Commission Chairman. We are fortunate to have the (First In NC) Needle Resolution, however, we need much more regulation (County Ordinance or NC State Law) to reign in the extensive Needle Litter-Drug Addiction-Crime problem currently in Haywood County and NC.
