Far Left Policies in Buncombe County are Increasing Vagrants and homeless Drug Addicts

The radical left Sunrise Movement, who have taken over the Asheville City Council and the Buncombe County Commissioners, are increasing transient vagrants, drug addicts and street criminals. Look at the mess they have created and their only answer is to build more LOW BARRIER HOMELESS SHELTERS supplied with crack kits and needles called Harm Reduction. Before 2020 it would be called a Drug House rather than a LOW BARRIER HOMELESS SHELTER. If they really cared about these people they would be sending them to a sober rehabilitaion facility instead of a LOW BARRIER SHELTER.
