The Town of Waynesville is Suing Haywood County Register of Deeds Sheri Rogers and Citizens of the Town

This is an interesting case to follow because the Town of Waynesville also sued town citizens over a right-of-way involving the Hillside Development. Citizens are tired of being bullied by the Town of Waynesville Planner Elizabeth Teague and Attorney Martha Sharpe Bradley.
