Bizzare Grant Accidently Made Public by the Town Of Waynesville Possibly Written By Town Manager Rob Hites

If you haven't read this bizzare grant application that describes citizens as either transpants from Florida or Sovereign Citizens (terrorist), you really need to read the views of the person who is running the Town of Waynesville. This grant application, which was supposed to pay for the Homeless Task Force Director, Amy Murphy-Nugen's salary, was denied.
