He tried to say the benefit is they are helping the displaced employees of the Evergreen Paper Mill, but forcing them to go outside of Haywood County for jobs is forcing them out of their homes. There are no jobs in Haywood County for them. Commissioner Tommy Long had to admit people are going to other counties for jobs.
Watch David Francis claim to have been a bank director and disclose two citizens names, one being County Commissioner Terry Ramey, were customers of the bank where he was a bank director. This is a bank confidentiality breach, goes against the SEC.GOV Code of Conduct and is against the law. David Francis should lose the job he is paid $130,000 annually, to spend hundreds of thousands of our taxpayer money to do nothing and breach the federal banking code of conduct.
