Haywood County Out More Than $500,000 for NO Economic Development in Five Years

Haywood County taxpayers are out more than a half million for paying the Asheville City Chamber of Commerce to send no closed Economic Development to Haywood. This doesn't count the $130,000 x 5 years of do nothing David Francis' salary = $650.000 taxpayers have lost.
