With the "closing" of The Mill in Canton, will Mayor Zeb Smathers support the same Harm Reduction, Needle Exchange, and Pre-Trial Release Programs which turned Portland, L.A., San Francisco, Seattle, and parts of Asheville and Waynesville into Vagrant- Needle Litter "Hell Holes"?
