The Marxist Sunrise Movement, working through Beloved Asheville, the Dogwood Trust, the Steady Harm Reduction, Firestorm Bookstore, rioters called Asheville Solidarity, Mayor Esther Manheimer and the Movement members in the Asheville City Council and the Buncombe County Commissioners, have accomplished their agenda, of tripling their transient vagrants, tripling their crime and getting rid of over 100 police officers. They use the Piven and Cloward model to create a crisis so the government can solve it. They formed a homeless task force and decided the government could do a better job solving their homeless problem, so they turned the entire City of Asheville and Buncombe County over to the State of North Carolina Continuum of Care funded by the Federal Government, HUD U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Other large cities have joined this Marxist plan of action but this is the first time an entire county was turned over to the state. What is their plan of action? This same Homeless Task Force was formed in the Town of Waynesville with only 29 unhoused homeless people and the plan of action was LOW BARRIER NO RULES SHELTERS all over Waynesville like restaurants, but the citizens went to every Planning Board, Aldermen and Homeless Task Force meeting to stop their Marxist Sunrise Movement plan. Three Aldermen, Chuck Dickson, Anthony Sutton and Jon Feichter endorse the Marxist Sunrise Movement under the name Down Home North Carolina, and their policy arm group People's Action. Their 2030 goal is for the government to own our Banking System, Corporations and Businesses and our Privatly Owned Homes. They plan to make all drugs legal, no police or jails, felons to vote, and promote crack kits and needles called Harm Reduction for drug addicts. Haywood County was also the first in the state to implement Pre Trial Release or No Bail.

The City of Asheville was chosen as the Headquarters for the Marxist Sunrise Movement and Torch ANTIFA in the entire Eastern Seaboard region of the U.S. The Communist Bill Ayers came to the Anarchist Occult Firestorm Bookstore meeting in West Asheville as they were forming their plan of action at the beginning of 2020.
