Posted below is the agenda for the Tuesday, May 23, 2023 Town of Waynesville Council meeting and the minutes from the special called meeting with the Planning Board and Town Council because of the outrage from town citizens in reference to the over 1000 apartments and condo's Town Planner Elizabeth Teague has forced on the Town of Waynesville. The apartments on Russ Avenue at the prior Bi-Lo site is the first of many coming to the town.
