Haywood Happenings

The Evergreen Foundation funds anything to promote the use of drugs in Haywood, Jackson, Macon, Clay, Graham, Cherokee and Swain counties. They fund the Pearl Psychelic Institute in Waynesville and fund the white busses you see picking up the drug addicts and vagrants coming in from Asheville. They appear to be helping people, but they encourage and enable vagrant addicts to continue their lifestyle.
