Smoky Mountain News Cory Villiansnake wrote this article about Haywood Commissioners supporting a tax hike to fund school resource officers, but he couldn't help bringing up the tired old lie about Terry Ramey and his LEGAL $2500 tax payment plan. Terry is in compliance with his taxes and has never been charged with the likes of Cory Villansnake's multiple criminal records. Shame on you Cory Villansnake.
