What will be disclosed at Monday's Commisssioner Meeting about the proposed jail?

Private meetings are being held with Moseley Architects, Commissioners Kevin Ensley and Brandon Rogers, and Sheriff Bill Wilke, about the new jail construction. It has been decided the jail, as shown in the attachment below, is too expensive. Has anyone noticed Moseley Architects are the only company Haywood County contracts with? Here is what we know so far. Maybe we'll get answers Monday.

Why don't they invite more input and look at something like this? Modular construction would save the taxpayers lots of money!
