This is another great article by Monroe Miller explaining how unreliable, skewed and misleading the survey done by the Downtown Waynesville Commission is, showing mostily in favor of Social Drinking Districts, or public drinking on the streets of Waynesville. It looks like they deliberately swayed the survey in favor of public drinking districts.
