Long time criminal Cory Villainsnake from Smoky Marxist News, planned an attack on County Commissioner Terry Ramey, before a County Commissioner Meeting at the Court House and was recorded by Monroe Miller. This recording clearly shows the premeditation of the attack and the video shows Commissioner Ramey being threatened by Villainsnake, who has a track record of assault among other crimes.
Remember the Smoky Marxist News article falsely attacking Terry Ramey on taxes he set up on a payment plan, when he was in full compliance with the tax collector? An article was written about Terry Ramey disclosing his personal banking information, personal family information and even his personal medical information. This personal information was illegally released from Haywood County to Cory Villainsnake by county employee Joey Webb who, in these pictures, was clearly seen observing the attack. Video inside the courtroom shows how Terry Ramey stepped back in fear of a more physical attack after he had been spit on during the assault, while County Commissioner Chair Kevin Ensley watched with a smile on his face.
