What about a low down, dirty dog Anthony Sutton, riding on the coat tails of Team Waynesville? He actually opened a web site called Team Waynesville to fool people into going to his own web site! This shows the citizens of the town of Waynesville, this man has no integrity or morals. Anthony Sutton is deceitful, untrustworthy, dishonest and unethical and his intent to mislead constituents with his dishonest tactics is appalling. Anthony Sutton knows he can’t win on his four years of failure as Alderman and Council member. How low can the current council members go? Now we know. This current city council has had zero positive accomplishments for our town. Over and over we have watched favoritism, conflicts of interest and secret meetings and agendas...the entire rotten bunch has to go or our town is going to be a replica of the City of Asheville.
Chuck Dickson has said if we broadcast the meetings we’ll have more citizen pushback on our agenda. The November election date is looming, so now the town council wants to broadcast their meetings. This current council voted to stop printing ordinance changes in the newspaper so they could deceive the public with their own agenda.
We’ve had to watch these snakes like a hawk as they continued to destroy this town by changing our ordinances to allow higher and higher density and rubber stamping large scale development, while citizens tried fruitlessly to stop them from destroying their old established neighborhoods. They approved over 1000 condos and apartments, and the huge housing development on Sunny Side with six houses to an acre, and tried to force a 60 unit apartment complex in our historic black neighborhood. This is the fault of Town Planner Elizabeth Teague and the current town council. The only reason they even slowed down on more development approvals, is the failed sewer system they have taken over seven years to repair, has forced a moratorium on construction until the new sewer system is complete, then Katy bar the door, Waynesville is done for.
This current council even tried to approve low barrier, no rules shelters, all over Waynesville like restaurants, which is what has destroyed Asheville by tripling their transient vagrants and crime. Anthony Sutton was appointed by the current city council to lead the low barrier, no rules, shelter committee.
This current city council gave money over the past four years to fund the Our Place Inn; All Cops are Bastards Motel in Maggie Valley to allow Helping Hands to house transient vagrants, which turned into a giant drug house. This was the bright idea of Council Member Joh Feichter, which was unanimously approved by the entire council.
Don’t make the biggest mistake of your life and vote for the current dirty rats running your town. Vote for the REAL Team Waynesville! It’s time for NEW LEADERSHIP!
