"I voted" talk is cheap

If you didn't vote then you didn't authorize another to act on your behalf; and that means you aren't a constituent. Elected representatives value the opinion of constituents above all others. Remember that. You have access to the same tool elected representatives have to determine who is a constituent:

Go ahead, see who you know who isn't a constituent. Then check them again after the election to see if that's changed. Ballots are secret so nobody will ever know WHO anyone voted for. But everyone can see if you voted or not.

Now go vote! Be a constituent!
