Disgraced prior Town of Waynesville Homelessness Task Force Director, Amy Murphy-Nugen, is claiming citizens of Waynesville became violent during a town council meeting and she had to be escorted out with protection. She claims the citizens were members of a hate group and spread misinformation about what her goals were for our town. These are false claims. She presented her low barrier no rules shelter, supplied with crack kits and needles idea to the citizens of the Town of Waynesville and they had a 100 percent resounding NO! They knew it would destroy Waynesville just like Asheville was destroyed. Amy Murphy-Nugen fails to provide a copy of her communist manifesto, explaining the Social Workers role in bringing about Socialism/Communism. She was a proven member of the Marxist group Down Home with a plan of building low barrier, no rules homeless shelters supplied with crack kits and needles called Harm Reduction. The exact same plan has been implemented in Asheville which has resulted in tripling their transient vagrants and crime as they continue to build more and more low barrier shelters.
